"David Newland has been my State Farm agent for years now. I faithfully pay my car and home premiums every month. I have had zero claims other than replacing a windshield one time. I had storm damage that ripped about 20% of my roof of over a week ago. It caused extensive water damage inside my home. David's office has not so much as called or emailed me about this loss. Nothing. Not a call or email to say "We are so sorry for your loss. We are here for you." The claims adjuster Jack Utudzhyan, has not returned any of the calls, emails or texts from Service Master to approve any work or excavation of my home, nor is he returning my phone calls. When a family friend reached out to David's office on my behalf, they were told that the agents in David's office do not bother following up on claims of their clients. Like a good neighbor?? On David's website it says that "Our customers are the center of our universe and we're grateful for them." Hmmmmm. I am not even worth a phone call from them."
